Architects, engineers, artist, fabricators/installers and general contractor are all collaborating to provide creative solution and value for every project. Oei Design and its team have a great relationship with many local building department officials (if required and applicable, Oei Design can assist with PBI (Permit by Inspector) or self-certification. Our Work: Since Oei Design was first founded, our clients have included several national brands such as Build-A-Bear Workshop, Ridemakerz, Department 56, Arby’s, Anne?s Pretzel and recently, we were awarded and completed tenant improvement office for AZ Strategies and retail stores at Terminal 4 Phoenix Sky Harbor. Currently, we are working on a new restaurant concept in Atlanta, Stable & Brewery at White Tank and a new facility for Bondurant Racing School at the Gila River Indian Reservation. Our 2C’s Design Process: Collaborative and Creative (Research, Design and Presentation) Oei Design’s preference is to invite our clients to participate in the programming and conceptual design phases. During our programming phase; we ask why, how, where and when? We also document, we will present ?show & tell? of the story boards created unique for each project. This collaborative process with our clients are essential where the focus is both in Business Integration and Design. The creative process will follow through a series of ?brown bag? meetings and discussion about solution and value for the project.
